By confirming your purchase, you agree to pay all applicable fees and taxes. You are responsible for paying taxes and customs duties associated with your order.

5.1. Price Confirmation
Prices may change, and errors may occur. We reserve the right to cancel orders containing pricing errors. Your purchase may be subject to taxes and shipping costs, which may vary by jurisdiction.

Discount promotions are subject to expiration and separate rules. If there is a conflict between promotion rules and these Terms, the promotion rules will govern.

7.1. Delivery Time
We aim to deliver orders promptly, but delivery may take up to 25 working days. If there is a delay, we will notify you, and you may terminate the contract without penalty. Claims for undelivered packages must be made within 3 months of the expected delivery time.

The products can be returned by private customers within 100 calendar days from the delivery date of the products. If the delivery of a product consists of several shipments or parts: the day on which the consumer, or a third party designated by him, has received the last part shipment. Deliveries to companies are excluded from our returns policy. Only when Winkri.net receives the returned product(s) in perfect condition and original packing a reimbursement of the entire cost* of the purchase can be fulfilled by wire transfer within 14 days.

*Whether or not reimbursement of the return shipping costs depends per country.

Wrong, defective, damaged, or incomplete products:

When a customer receives a wrong, defective, damaged, or incomplete product, a return form must be sent via the customer service portal with photos of the received product. Please see our Refund & Returns Policy page for additional information.

All orders will be shipped from warehouses in China. Shipment of all packages includes all export charges!
