Refund and Returns Policy

Returns

Private customers can return products within 100 calendar days from the delivery date. If the delivery consists of multiple shipments or parts, the 100-day period begins on the day the last part is received. Returns for corporate customers are not covered under this policy. Refunds will be processed via wire transfer within 14 days of receiving the returned product in perfect condition and original packaging.

To initiate a return, please complete the returns form and follow the steps outlined in our Refund Policy.

Conditions for Return
  • Products must be returned in perfect condition and in their original packaging.
  • Products should not be used or damaged. Any items damaged during return due to insufficient packaging may only receive a partial refund at Winkri’s discretion.
  • You may open the packaging to inspect the product, similar to how you would in a physical store. However, do not open sealed packages. If the product’s value decreases due to excessive handling, we may reduce the refund amount.
  • Certain products cannot be returned due to their nature, including perishable goods, sealed items unsuitable for return due to health/hygiene reasons, items mixed with other products, and opened audio/video recordings and software.

Refunds will only be processed after:
a) All return conditions are met.
b) The returns form is completed.

Refunds

You have 100 calendar days from the delivery date to return a product and receive a refund. To meet the withdrawal deadline, you must send your return request before the 100-day period expires.

Return and Refund Procedure

Step 1. Informing Winkri Contact Winkri to confirm the return. Inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by completing the returns form. While any clear statement of withdrawal is acceptable, using our returns form ensures faster processing.

Step 2. Processing the Return Order After submitting the return form, our returns department will contact you within 2 working days with the return address.

Step 3. Returning Your Product Send the product back within 14 days of receiving the return address.

Step 4. Get Your Money Back Winkri will reimburse all payments within 14 days of your return request. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed upon.

Shipping Costs for Returns

Winkri does not bear the cost of returning goods. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

What is the return address?

Fill in the return form, and our returns team will contact you within 2 working days with the return address. This ensures your package is safely returned without getting lost.

Refunds for Wrong, Defective, Damaged, or Incomplete Products

If you receive a wrong, defective, damaged, or incomplete product, submit a return form via our customer service portal with photos of the product. Defective products may be refunded partially or fully. Note that minor damage to packaging is not considered a defect.
